Two Temporary resident IDs per property are available through the Temporary Resident Department at the Brownwood sales office for a total fee of $50. The Villages ID's gives full access to all residential amenities including golf at any of the executive courses.

Security Deposit:
The refundable security deposit is required within 24 hours of booking to reserve your rental. The security deposit is refundable less any damages within 14 days of your check-out date.

Rent Payment Due date:
50 % of the total (rent, cleaning fee and taxes )are due within 24 hours of booking to reserve your rental. The remaining balance is due on or before 30 days prior to occupancy Failure to pay as indicated will result in a cancellation of your reservation and loss of your security deposit.

Cancellation Policy -
*Greater than 90 days out: Reservations canceled 90 days prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a 100% refund of money deposited.
*Less than 90 days out but more then 30 days out: Reservations canceled within that window will receive a 100% refund of money deposited minus 15% administrative fee provided that the the homeowner is able to secure a tenant for same duration and rate.
*Less than 30 days out: No refund.
