3. For 3+ months rentals, payment schedule can be made in installments. To be discussed and agreed upon with Homeowner.

Failure to pay as indicated will result in a cancellation of your reservation .

All rentals for less than 7 months add 7% Fl. State Short Term Rental sales tax.

Cancellation Policy -
* There will be a Cancellation Fee of 10% of Total Rental Payment regardless of cancellation date. Cancellation Fee will be discounted with 3+ month rentals.
* For cancellations more than 90 days prior to move-in dates, a full refund minus Cancellation Fee will be given.
* For cancellations less than 90 days prior to move-in date, the full refund minus Cancellation Fee will be given only if the property can be re-rented at the same or higher rate for the same period of time.
* Full refund of the Security deposit.
