Payment:
Two months rent deposit due upon lease signing.
First month rent due 30 days before rental start date.
The total rate quoted is due along with signed contract within 5 days of booking. If timely payment is not received, the rental is considered canceled by the prospective tenant.

Cancellation / Refunds: Refunds are made only if the property can be re-rented to someone else for the original term. Separately, the security deposit will be refunded within 5 days of end of rental (if no property damage exists) less $350 cleaning fee.

Resident ID Pass is available. This provides access to all the amenities that Villager residents enjoy. The $50 (per couple) fee is payable to The Villages when you pick up the IDs at the Brownwood Sales Office upon your arrival.
