Our ranch-style home offers 1,562 sq ft of comfort, including 1,140 sq ft of climate controlled living space with central air and heat perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring The Villages.
We're tucked away on a quiet side street in the village of Summerhill, with hardly any thru traffic. You're just a 5-minute ride from Southern Trace Plaza and Buffalo Ridge, where you'll find plenty of restaurants (Bonefish, Olive Garden, Golden Corral) and shops (Costco, Bealls, Publix, Fresh Market, Walmart, CVS, Hobby Lobby, and more). The Polo Grounds, Saddlebrook softball complex and golf courses are only minutes away.

Inside the Home
The Lounge
A bright, airy space with a vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan, comfy 2 and 3 seater recliner sofas, a 55" flat screen TV (cable HD DVR), DVD player, and a library of books and games. The dining area seats sixperfect for meals or game nights.
Master Bedroom
Stretch out on a king size bed and enjoy your own 37" flat screen TV with cable HD DVR. You'll also find a large walk-in closet, plenty of drawer space, bedside tables with lamps, a ceiling fan, and a private ensuite with a separate vanity area, large walk in shower, and WC.
Guest Bedroom
A cozy queen size bed, ceiling fan, bedside tables, chest of drawers, and a spacious closet. The guest bathroom with walk in shower and WC is just steps away.
Kitchen
Fully equipped and ready for anything you want to cook. You'll have a fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, kettle, flatware, dishes, pots, pans, and more.
Lanai (12'x20')
A peaceful, furnished spot to enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening. Guests often comment on how private the backyard feels thanks to the surrounding shrubs.
Extras
WIFI, iron/ironing board, vacuum, remote controlled garage door, linens, towels, card tables, yoga mat, hand weights, hairdryer, and a washer/dryer in the garage. A gas grill is available for outdoor use (stored in the screened lanai for protection).
We also provide starter supplies: paper towels, toilet paper, and basic cleaning products.
Your Gas Golf Cart
A night-drivable cart with sliding door enclosure and 24 hour rescue service. Seats two passengers and holds two golf bags perfect for getting around The Villages in style.

Please note: No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (home, lanai, or garage). No pets. No exceptions. Lease covers single or double occupancy. Anyone staying in the home must be listed on the rental agreement. Additional charges apply for more than two guests staying over 7 nights (maximum occupancy: four). No sub rentals.

Rental Policy
$750 deposit + signed contract required to reserve your dates.
Deposit becomes your security deposit upon arrival and is refunded within 30 days after a satisfactory inspection and return of all keys, gate passes, and garage door openers.
If you cancel after booking, a $100 administration fee applies.
Full rental payment is due 90 days before arrival.
If booking within 90 days, full payment + deposit are due at once.
$150 professional departure cleaning fee is deducted from the security deposit.
Optional Lifestyle IDs ($50 each, max 2) allow access to golf courses, fitness centers, and activities. Fee is deducted from the deposit and is non-refundable once processed.

A friendly neighbor oversees the property and is available if you need assistance during your stay.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 90 days of arrival, we will refund 100% of the rental amount collected (minus a $100 administrative fee) ONLY IF we are able to re rent the property for the same dates and rate. Otherwise, the collected funds are forfeited. Trip insurance is strongly recommended.
