Additional Fees & Information:
$1,000 refundable security deposit. The deposit, less any applicable cleaning or damage charges, will be refunded within 30 days after departure and inspection of the property.
Cleaning fee: $175.
Temporary Resident IDs are optional and available for $50 per person (payable directly to The Villages). Resident IDs provide access to The Villages' amenities and resident golf rates.
Additional Guest's (2 ppl) are welcome up to <=4 days(4 days or less). >4 days there will be an additonal charge of $25 per day up to 2 people. Additonal guests must be approved by the landlord.
Guest IDs are available at no charge. Guests may use most recreation facilities and may play golf by paying the applicable guest golf fees.

Subleasing is prohibited.

Pet Policy:
No pets. No exceptions.

No smoking anywhere on the property (inside or outside). No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy:
Rent payments are non-refundable unless the property is re-rented for the same rental period and terms.

Payment Terms:
A refundable security deposit of $1,000 per rental month is due upon signing the lease (e.g., a two-month rental requires a $2,000 security deposit).
The rental amount is due two months prior to occupancy.
Creditworthiness and previous rental references may be requested.
Reservations are confirmed only after a signed lease and receipt of the required security deposit.

All rates are firm

Minimum one-month rental.
January: $5,500/month
February: $5,500/month

Optional two-seat gas golf cart: $500/month

Special Two-Month Rate:
January & February: $10,500 total (Save $500)

The Villages is an active 55+ community. Visitors under the age of 55 are welcome for limited stays as permitted under The Villages' policies and the terms of the lease.
