This home's design has a fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and pantry (including Keurig).
The dining, living room and kitchen are all open with high 9-foot ceilings, and a 65" Smart TV. The dining table seats 6 and additional seating (3) at the kitchen island.

The two-car garage has a remote and slop sink with an entrance into the home.
The home is open and bright with large windows and a slider that opens to the screened lanai with seating.

Our home is in the Village of Hawkins near neighborhood pools. There is so much to do - Aviary and Ezell Recreation Centers for everything sports. Sawgrass Grove offers a marketplace, live outdoor entertainment, food (McGradys pub) and Southern Oaks Championship golf course, all in one location and just a few minutes drive.
Additional Entertainment, Restaurants, live music and dancing and shopping in Brownwood Paddock Square is 10 minutes away. Magnolia Plaza (Publix) is also close by.
Brownwood Hotel is 10 minutes away for visitors.

Sub leasing of any kind is prohibited.

No Pets Allowed, no exceptions

Cancellation policy:
Rental is non-refundable subject to owners ability to re-lease at the same terms.

- $1000 Deposit is due at time of signing lease
- Balance is due 2 months before occupancy
- Creditworthiness and past rental references may be requested.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Visitors are allowed for limited time periods as set forth in the lease.
