Our villa is thoughtfully maintained for a clean, comfortable, and relaxing stay. Our villa is available for booking in January and April 2027.
Enjoy The Villages lifestyle with access to golf, community pools, scenic walking paths, social clubs, and daily activities.
AMENITIES AND FEATURES
The villa offers all-new furniture and appliances, including new bedroom furnishings. The spacious great room features cathedral ceilings, bamboo flooring, and ample comfortable seating. High-speed wireless internet and extended streaming TV service are included. A large flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV is provided. There is a formal dining area and a fully equipped eat-in kitchen. Outdoor spaces include a screened porch and side patio with a flower garden. A golf cart is provided for your convenience.
COMMUNITY ACCESS
All monthly rentals include guest passes. Optional Resident ID cards are available for purchase at Lake Sumter Landing Sales Center for $50 for two IDs.
Resident ID cards provide the same access as permanent residents and are required for free executive golf, sports pool usage, and priority club participation. Resident IDs are highly recommended.
RENTAL POLICIES
This is a non-smoking villa. Pets are not permitted. Monthly rentals only. Maximum occupancy and rental terms are enforced per community guidelines. Rates, deposits, and cancellation policies will be provided upon inquiry.
ENTRY AND ARRIVAL
Check-in instructions, arrival details, and front door key-code will be provided prior to your stay.
Please note: The Villages is a 55+ active adult community. At least one renter must meet the community's age requirement.
