Our villa is clean, well maintained, and extremely comfortable.

All New Furniture and Appliances. New bedroom furniture. Well furnished home includes a large great room with cathedral ceilings, bamboo flooring, ample comfortable seating, and large flat-screen TV with YouTubeTV and formal dining area; fully-equipped eat-in kitchen, new appliances, new furniture, screened porch, hi-speed wireless internet service; streaming extended TV service, YouTubeTV, and a side patio with a flower garden--all the comforts of home and more.

Golf cart included.

All Monthly Rentals include Guest Passes. Optional Resident ID card, $25 payable to the Lake Sumter Landing Sales Center, which is highly recommended and allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident (this ID is needed for free golf at executive courses, usage of sports pools, and priority admittance to some club activities).

The front door key-code will be provided prior to arrival. Garage door opener supplied upon arrival.

The Primary Bedroom has all the amenities for comfort including KING-SIZE BED, remote-controlled flat-screen TV, over-sized walk-in closet, and an en-suite bath with step-in, seated shower.

The Secondary Bedroom sleeps guests comfortably in 2 TWIN BEDS. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination.

Rental Policy: No pets/no smoking.

$500 reservation deposit due within 7 days of booking. The reservation deposit automatically converts to a security deposit upon final payment. Balance of rent will be due 120 days prior to the start of the rental contract.

Cleaning fee is $125 and can be deducted from security deposit.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
