Door Code (Smart Lock) Provided 48 hours before check-in date

For extended stays you will need Village Resident ID cards if you want to use the amenities in The Villages. The amenities include neighborhood pools, family pools, sport pools, pickle ball, classes, golf at the executive courses, ability to reserve tee times, etc. IDs cost $50 and The Villages only allows two per home. After you obtain your temporary Resident IDs, you can request guest passes for others in your group. Pick up your Resident IDs at the Brownwood Sales Office first, then go to the Recreation Center (closest to house is at Everglades Rec Center located at 5947 Marsh Bend Trail) to fill out the guest pass form for your guests.

Due to the deed and covenant restrictions no one under the age of 19 may reside in the house for more than 30 days.

Mail/Amazon Packages: Please have Amazon packages delivered to an Amazon locker; Amazon will not always deliver to the house, and owners / leasing agents are not responsible for any mail or packages.

No smoking or vaping on the premises/property at any time.

Pets: THIS IS A PET-FREE HOME - Absolutely no animals allowed on premises at any time.

Repairs/Maintenance/Damage: If anything needs to be repaired or gets damaged during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will have a handyman or repairman come out and address the problem.


Rental Policy:
o Rent includes - property taxes, utilities, internet, lawn care, pest control, trash pickup and TV.
o Security Deposit, cleaning fee, and 50% of rental fee in US funds are due at lease signing. The remainder of the balance in US funds is due within 60 days. Deposit/cleaning fee/Security due within 7 days of booking.
o $175 Cleaning Fee
o Check-In is at 4:00pm and Check-Out is at 10:00am. Maximum occupancy is 6 people.
o No subletting permitted.
o No refunds for early departures.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
