Just a short golf cart ride to Lake Sumter Landing Town Square where you can enjoy dining, movies, shopping, live entertainment and Happy Hour. Spanish Springs and Brownwood Town Squares are equal distances away and an easy golf cart trip.
Mallory, Cane Garden, and Havana Country Clubs are all less than 5 minutes away by golf cart for both golf and dining. In addition, a few of the many championship golf courses and executive courses are within in 2 miles. Do you want to play Pickle ball? Try the Truman Pickle Ball courts - a close short golf cart ride away. Do you like walking the golf course? Bogart and Bacall executive courses are merely minutes away. Walk to the Sable Chase pool or take a very short golf cart ride to Lake Miona Recreation Center where you can enjoy the sports pool and a nature walk by the lake.

The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed, dresser, nightstand, closet and office desk with high-speed internet. An adjoining bath has a shower and tub.
The Villa has an Inside laundry room with utility sink iron and ironing board
We provide extra bed linens, bath towels, and pool towels. And we provide an initial small supply of paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, hand soap, dishwasher soap and tissues for convenience when you arrive.
The home has hardwood floors throughout and the garage floor is epoxy painted.
A two-seat Yamaha gas golf cart is provided for your Village travel as well as golfing.
Our Villa has a closed totally private outdoor area with a Weber gas grill, table and chairs for outdoor dining and a lounge chair.
Our welcome binder will assist you by providing information about obtaining tee times, access to the network and other pertinent information for your enjoyment.

$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$150 Cleaning Fee

The Villages will charge you $50.00 for Temporary Resident ID card. This card is required for Golf, Swimming, and recreation center activities.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
