Rental Terms:

Includes all utilities, Internet, golf car, monthly housecleaning service (for rentals longer than one month), lawn care, water, and garbage pickup. An initial supply of paper towels, cleaning products, etc., is included as a courtesy. The tenant is responsible for any additional supplies. Cleaning fee $200. Approved pet fee $250/month.

A $1500 security deposit is required at booking and is refundable 14 days after departure if the villa is in the same condition as rented with no damage.

The balance of the rent, security deposit, and the cleaning fee is due in 7 days after booking. Rental fees paid will be refunded if cancellation is received more than 60 days before the arrival date. In the event of a late cancellation, rental fees will be refunded only if the property can be rented for the same period. Trip insurance is a great option and is highly recommended.

Sales tax (7%) is additional and is not included in the rental rates.

The garage has space for 1 car and a golf cart. The house includes a golf cart.

Guest passes are included. Temporary Resident ID Cards are available for $50 (recommended for avid golfers). These cards provide access to resident amenities and enable the renter to book tee times during high season and join groups and classes.
