Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy the home, however, if you would like to use any of the amenities (Pools, Rec Centers, etc.) you will need to have a Villages ID Card. A Villages ID that you can use during your stay will cost $50.00 subject to change... ($50.00 includes up to 2 ID's Max). This fee is paid directly to The Villages upon pickup of the cards. You will need to let me know right away if you want these so I can obtain the correct information from you.

Rental Policy:

One Small dog (under 30-lbs) is allowed and must be totally house trained. Pet fee waived. Sorry, no Cats.

$500.00 Security Deposit
$250.00 Cleaning Fee

At least 1/3 of the Rent is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The balance of the Rent is due no later than one (1) month prior to occupancy.

Property taxes, utilities, Wifi, TV (Roku, Netflix, Paramount Plus), trash, lawn & pest service included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
