* Covered lanai with seating as well as open air Birdcage & fire pit, each with 4 chairs and night mood lighting.
* A super location with easy access to the popular Lake Sumter Town Square, pools, recreation centers with many events daily. Any activity you already enjoy and others you thought about trying are available in a short distance. Add to that all the the shopping, great restaurants and nightly open entertainment.
* 4 Seat golf cart for golf or just exploring The Villages.
All utilities, Dish Satellite TV, trash pickup, Comcast High Speed Internet, daily newspaper, 2 Temporary Resident Passes and golf cart Included in rent.
Rental Policy: To secure your rental for one month or less 100% of rent, 7% Florida mandatory tax, security deposit of $750.00 cleaning fee $150 and pet fee $100 per pet ( if applicable), additional guests $50.00 per quest per week or prorated daily along with signed rental agreement received within 7 days.
Pets limited to 2
All other rentals require 50% of the total rent amount with signed rental agreement within 7 days. The balance due within 60 days of arrival. Security Deposit returned by check within 7 days after inspection of property and golf cart if no damage or loss.
** To drive the golf cart must be 16 yrs of age, have a driving permit or license.
Reservation Cancellation: Full 100% of deposit will be refunded if property is able to be re-rented for the same time frame at the same rate. A 50% refund will be made if notified within 60 days of reservation and a 25% refund if within 30 days. Less than 30 days notice 0% refunded. A $100 rebooking service fee applies to any cancellation.
