A short ride will take you to Colony Plaza Center or Pinellas Plaza with restaurants, Winn Dixie and Publix groceries, Walgreens, nail & hair salons, clothing stores and more.

Included in your rental are two Temporary Resident Passes that allows you all the activities of an owner, daily newspaper delivered to your door to keep you informed of the activities. **. As a courtesy and free of charge or fee, you will be provided a 4 seat gas golf cart, with seat belts for your personal use. Operated by anyone under 18 years of age is prohibited.
Pets are limited to 2.

Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and breakest bar with four stools, an abundance of cabinets, closet pantry, new stainless steel appliances. Dishes, silverware, pots and pans as well as blender, toaster, mixer, air fryer, slow cooker, coffee/tea station.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an in house laundry room with washer and dryer, utility sink and beverage refrigerator. Dinning table that seats 4 and sliding glass door exiting to the side patio/grilling area.

Master bedroom is furnished with a King bed, end tables, dresser and chest of drawers in the walk-in closet, an en-suite bath with walk-in shower. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed, night stands and chest of drawers. 3rd bedroom is equipped with a Queen wall bed and when not in use as a bedroom, has a large built in desk and chair, Smart TV for streaming and two chairs. The 2nd Bath has a shower/tub combo and shared by the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. A linen closet with sheets, towels, blankets and pool towels is adjacent to the 2nd Bath.
A perfect villa for 1 or 2 couples or guests. No need to pack a hair blow dryer - a dryer in each bathroom.

Your living room is adjacent to the Dining area with a comfortable sofa, two very comfortable recliners and a new 65 inch Smart TV with Dish satellite and Comcast Cable high speed Internet service and streaming.
Moving outside you will find a covered lanai with sofa and two chairs. Step into the attached screened-in bird cage with a high top table and 4 chairs plus a propane fire pit and 4 chairs to enjoy those cool evenings to continue enjoying your day.

All utilities, Dish Satellite TV, trash pickup, Comcast High Speed Internet, daily newspaper, 2 Temporary Resident Passes and golf cart included in rent. Ring doorbell and garage camera disarmed when renters arrive unless requested by renters to be left on for security.

Rental Policy: To secure your rental for one month or less 100% of rent, 7% Florida mandatory tax, security deposit of $750.00 cleaning fee $150 and pet fee $100 per pet ( if applicable), additional guests $50.00 per quest per week or prorated daily along with signed rental agreement received within 7 days.

All other rentals require 50% of the total rent amount with signed rental agreement within 7 days. The balance due within 60 days of arrival. Security Deposit returned by check within 14 days after inspection of property and golf cart if no damage or loss.

Reservation Cancellation: Full 100% of deposit will be refunded if property is able to be re-rented for the same time frame at the same rate. A 50% refund will be made if notified within 60 days of reservation and a 25% refund if within 30 days. Less than 30 days notice 0% refunded. A $100 rebooking service fee applies to any cancellation.
