Come and experience life in The Villages from this 2 bedroom 2 bath courtyard villa. The living room is equipped with a 65" smart TV with an expanded cable line up and wifi is also included. The master suite has a very comfortable King sized pillow top mattress, where you will enjoy the above the door wall mounted 50" smart TV, after a day full of activies. The guest suite is equipped with a sliding pocket door to enclose the guest bath and bedroom which is furnished with a comfortable Queen sized bed. The Villa has an open floor plan and is the perfect arrangement for comfort and privacy. Look out to the screen enclosed lanai that is equipped with a sofa and 2 rocking chairs, the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon cocktail. The tranquil backyard setting is fully enclosed with a privacy wall, perfect for your furry friends that you can't leave home without. 1 car garage with golf cart space. We welcome dogs with an additional pet fee. With a $50/2 people Temporary resident ID purchased from The Villages, you can enjoy all the benefits of home ownership, such as free golf at the 42 executive golf courses(minimal fee charged per person when using a golf cart), golfing at the 12 championship courses requires additional fees, swim at any of the recreation center pools, play tennis, pickleball or sign up and participate in over 2000 organized clubs and activities****there is no landline phone at this home, a cell phone is required****Dogs welcomed(2 max) with an additional fee**No Cats**

For use of the recreational facilities and included golf privileges, you must obtain a Temporary Resident ID, which is $50/2 people, made payable and picked up at The Villages sales office. Additional guests can obtain free guest passes at the recreation centers once the temporary resident ID is obtained.

Payment accepted with Check,Venmo or Zelle. Credit card payments accepted with an additional 4% credit card fee added to nightly rate.

Cancellations: If the house is damaged and/or we are unable to rent it to you, you will received a full refund. You will receive a full refund Less a $200 cancellation fee if cancelled at least 60 days prior to your reservation start date. You will receive a 50% refund if cancelled at least 30 days prior to reservation start date. There will be NO refund if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival date.

If payment made with a credit card, there will be an additional 4% credit card fee added to the nightly rate and if the booking is cancelled the credit card fee will not be refunded(In addition to the $200 cancellation fee)

We recommend that you purchase Travel insurance that will cover any reason you may need to cancel.

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN HOME OR ON THE PREMISES.

You will be required to agree to and sign the rental agreement and the golf cart waiver at time of booking.
