Rental Information & Fees:

---Rental Period: This property is available for month-to-month rental only.

---Start & End Time: Rentals begin at 4:00 PM on the 1st and conclude at 10:00 AM on the last day of the month rented.

---Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of $2,000 is required, returned within 15-30 days of agreement expiration if free of damages or losses.

---Agreement: Secure your reservation by submitting a signed agreement within 3 days of receipt.

---Payment Structure: Lock in your stay with a 50% down payment due within 7 days of the agreement. The remaining 50% is due 60 days before the rental period.

----Overnight Guests Welcome - Occupancy & Maximum Capacity: Our goal is to ensure the maximum overnight occupancy isn't exceeded. Rates are based on double occupancy (2 adults). Please inform the owner in advance about additional overnight guests. Fees for extra guests may be waived at the owner's discretion. However, unregistered guests found without prior approval will result in a flat fee of $150 per person per day deducted from the security deposit.

---Refunds/Cancellation: Refunds given if a qualified replacement renter is found for the same duration & rate.

---Cleaning Fee: A monthly fee of $300 is charged, with cleaning services provided every two weeks. (non-refundable)

---Temporary Villages IDs: Optionally available for a $50 fee for two IDs. (non-refundable)

---Pet Fee: Pets, if accepted, have a fee of $500 per pet. (non-refundable)
