Rental Policy: Published rates above are for double occupancy only (2 guests). Additional guests will result in a $20 per person per day charge.

Stays under 6 months are subject to 9% Florida tax (hotel tax)

No subletting
No Smoking in unit or on property, this policy is strictly enforced and will result in a total loss of your deposit.
Small dogs considered for additional fee.

Security Deposit of $750 (cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from deposit). Deposit (less cleaning fee) shall be refunded within 30 days after end of lease provided no damage occurred.

Cancellation: If you must cancel, I will try to re-rent. If successful, the amount received will be given to original renter minus $250 processing fee.

Deposits:
50% of rental fee (rental deposit), $750 security deposit and signed rental agreement must be received within 7 days of booking to reserve the property for the month(s) selected. The other 50% of rental fee will be due 30 days before check in, otherwise you are subject to cancellation of your rental period.
Payment Options: Cashiers check only. Please provide tracking for your protection.


Lifestyle ID $50 for 2 people payable to The Villages upon arrival.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
