Check in time is 3:00 PM on the first day. Check out is 10:00 AM on the last day. An initial supply of paper towels , cleaning products etc., are a courtesy any additional shall be the responsibility of the tenant.Lanai is screened with a table & 4 chairs.Side by side fridge w/imaker.Washer and Dryer recently moved inside, so No more doing laundry (brand new) in the garage. Includes yamaha gdi gas cart (newer). All you need are groceries and personal items.
Rental Policy:Price is for 2 adults ($100 additional weekly charge for guests staying longer than 5 days)Monthly Rental Policy: Deposit/Security to secure your rental. rent is due no later than 90 days prior to rental.If a renter must cancel reservations, the deposit will be refunded ONLY if the unit is re-rented at the same rate. Deposit will be returned within 7 days of departure, providing there is no excessive wear or damage. Weekly Rental Policy: $500 Deposit/Security to secure your rental. Payment for weekly rental is due 60 days prior to occupancy. Optional (not included in rental agreement) - - Lifestyle ID (maximum of 2 per property) $50 non refundable processing fee - checks made payable to The Villages - along with a completed request form. (Highly recommended) this allows tenants the same amenities as a permanent resident of The Villages.The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided. $150 Cleaning fee
