Rental Policy:$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.$175.00 Cleaning Fee taken from deposit

50% of the rental amount and 100% of the security deposit of $750.00 are due within 7 days of booking.

The final 50% of the rental money is due 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period.
Rental money is non-refundable if we are unable to re-rent the home to another renter. (you can purchase insurance coverage for this).

Relax in our beautifully decorated Lilly/Lantana designer home located in the Village of Duval. CENTRALLY LOCATED IN THE VILLAGES. GREAT LOCATION!!
There is a whole house water filtration system installed.
The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped with all of the necessary essentials for cooking any meal, including a crockpot, blender,food chopper, hand mixer, air fryer and Keurig coffee maker.

The floor plan in the living, dining area, kitchen area is open and airy. The living room has a reclining sofa and love seat, and entertainment center with blue ray DVD player, sound bar and a big screen 55inch smart TV.

The large master bedroom features has a vaulted ceiling with fan, king sized bed, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers and 2 end tables and a smart 40 inch TV.

The master bathroom features his and hers sinks with makeup vanity & chair and a tiled roman walk in shower. All bed and bath linens and hair dryer are provided.

Guest area features pocket door to close off 2 bedrooms and full bath. There is queen sized bed, dresser with mirror, chest of drawers, 2 end tables, fan and a smart TV in one bedroom.
A queen sized bed, dresser with mirror, 2 end tables, and fan in the other bedroom. Linens, towels and a hairdryer are provided.

Enjoy our Lani which has seating that includes a cushioned wicker love seat, 2 wicker chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, and a lounge chair. It also has a high top table with 4 wicker chairs.

The laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer and utility sink. There is also a built in desk area.

The Village Daily Sun newspaper is delivered daily. This home and premises are smoke free and pet free.

Our home is very close to the Duval adult swimming pool and Seabreeze adult and childrens pool.

We are a 10 minute cart ride to many golf courses and country clubs such as Hanana, Bonifay, Evans Prairie, Cane Garden and Sarasota Golf Practice area.

Three town centers provide live nightly entertainment, our home is centrally located between 2 of these town squares, Sumter Landing and Brownwood. These squares also have numerous restaurants, shopping, supermarkets, bowling and movie theaters featuring all of the latest movies.

Colony shopping Plaza is just a 5 minute cart ride away.

The Villages is a community of many recreation centers. At these centers, you can play tennis, billiards, shuffleboard, bocce, horseshoes, and pickle ball. Seabreeze is our closest recreation center.

There are 12 Championship golf courses, and 36 executive golf courses many of which are a 10 minute golf cart ride from our home.

This is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
