Experience all that The Villages offers! Drive a golf cart to the grocery store, banking, restaurants, and gas station at the Southern Trace Plaza or to the Pimlico Recreation Center where you can play tennis, pickleball, horseshoes, shuffleboard, bocce ball, or swim in the family pool. Laurel Manor, short hop from the house, offers an adult pool for swimming laps and a fitness center. Lake Sumter Landing, just a few minutes away, includes great spots for music and dancing, plus restaurants, shopping, and a movie theater.

If you are play golf, you are in the right place! The Villages features 53 golf courses: 40 executive nine-hole courses, which are primarily par 3 holes, and 13 championship golf courses that consist of either 18 or 27 holes. His and her golf clubs and fishing gear round out the included amenities.

Rental Policies:
- Rental Agreement and photo ID's required
- $1,000 Security Deposit is due within 7 days of booking - refundable within 30 days after the rental
period ends (provided home is left in the same or better condition).
- 50% of the rental fee is due 90 days prior to arrival date.
- Remaining 50% is due 60 days prior to arrival date.
- Owner reserves the right to rent the property to another party if deposits and fees are received after the
due dates.
- Quoted rates are for up to two people. Additional people staying longer than 7 days will incur a fee of
- $15/day/person.
- No smoking and No pets.

Cancellation policy:
- Security deposit is nonrefundable. Rental fees, once paid, will not be returned unless the home can be
rented again (I will try my best to do that).
*These rates do not include tax (7%), cleaning fee ($175.00) or Villages ID/amenities pass
($50.00/person)
- Guest passes are free.
- Payment may be made by personal check or cashiers check.
- Rental periods must be a minimum of 1 month.
- The monthly rental period runs from 4pm on the 1st day of the month to 9am on the last day of the
month.
- January, February, March will only be rented as a 3-month block of time at $6000/month.

"We rented the Hartford house for three months, January -March. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully decorated with all that is necessary to feel at home right of way. The Hartford house is, in our view, superbly located in Belvedere on the Pimlico Golf Course with the recreation center and the swimming pool in few minutes walking distance. There is only a short golf cart ride to shops, restaurants, golf courses and the town center, Lake Sumter Landing. Rose Ann, the owner, provided us with all the necessary information, responded to all inquiries promptly and in a considerate manner to ensure an enjoyable stay for us.
