The other bedroom has a queen bed and the third room is a den but has a pull out queen bed. The laundry room is well equipped with a washer, dryer, wash sink and storage. There is NO SMOKING OR VAPING IN THE HOME.
Rental Policy:
Rental is based on 2 occupants, with owners permission for additional guests. $1,500 refundable Deposit/Security due within 7 days of Booking. Walk through upon checkout secures your refundable deposit if house has no damages or missing items 14 days after stay. There will be a $100 dollar charge for missing post office key, gate key or garage door opener. The Lease will be confirmed when 50% of the lease term plus security funds are received and funds have cleared. The remaining balance of funds are due no later then 30 days prior to rental start. Security deposit will be returned within 14 day of departure minus cleaning and any other charges that may accrue. Credit worthiness and past rental reference may be requested. Rent does not include 6% Tax for FL and 1% tax for Sumter County which is an additional fee.

Any issues or damages must be be brought to the hosts attention within 24 hours of check in or occurrence. No subletting is permitted. No pets of any kind are permitted.

Cancellation Policy
If cancelled 60 days prior to arrival date the rental fees paid (minus cancellation fee of 10% of total rental fees paid) will be returned within 14 days. If Cancellation is 60 days or less from arrival date, rental fees (minus cancellation fee of 50: of total rental fees paid) will be returned within 14 days.

$250 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
