The guest bedroom has a queen bed, large chest, two night stands with lamps, alarm clock, 20 inch flat screen TV, ceiling fan, and a private full bathroom. The office bedroom has two twin beds, night stand with lamp, ceiling fan, an office chair, desk and a docking station where you can connect via USB or USB-C to view your email and social media accounts on two stationary monitors. The laundry room includes a washer and dryer, wash tub and drying rack. The home is animal free so there isn't any dander or animal hair for the benefit of our guests with allergies.

The two seat Yamaha gas golf cart has seat belts, lights, turn signals, break lights, side panels and roadside assistance coverage.

Brownwood Square is three miles away and Sumter Landing is five miles away. With 14 Championship Golf Courses and 46 Executive Golf Courses just minutes away, you will have fun. There are over 250 pickle ball courts and over 100 outdoor pools in The Villages. Too many additional activities to list here. Rental Policy:
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. Rent is due 60 days prior to the start of your stay. $150 Cleaning Fee and $50 Lifestyle ID.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods with prior approval.
