The sunroom opens to an inviting living area which boasts a very comfortable, matching couch and oversized chair w/ ottoman. The area also has ample open space and a dining table next to the built-in hutch/buffet perfect for serving food or drinks.

The master bedroom is tranquil with a timeless elegance...but is completely user friendly...so sit right down on the cedar chest and put your shoes on! There is a large walk-in closet and queen bedroom set with two nightstands, triple dresser, high dresser, and captain's chair. The bathroom has not one, but two large mirrors, a vanity area, drawers, storage cabinets and plenty of counter space. The shower has sliding doors and a removable shower head for handheld washing. The shower/toilet area has a door for privacy.

The guest bedroom, a true favorite, has a full bed, beautiful furniture including an oversized armless, upholstered chair, and walk-in closet, making it a wonderful space for guests to enjoy.

There is a dedicated, built in workspace perfect for paying bills or scrolling on your laptop right by the kitchen. It is also right by the in-house stereo system...that works!!! Pipe The Villages Radio Station throughout the house (they play great music).

Enjoy the screened carport, there is also a covered golf cart parking space. The laundry/ utility room is accessed via the screened carport, and the back patio pad overlooks the golf course and has a Weber gas grill.

There are blinds and laminate flooring throughout the home. Code for lanai door entry. Key for front door.

Rental Policy:
$150 Cleaning Fee
$1000 Security Deposit due w/in 5 days of booking. Non-refundable if reservation is cancelled w/in 60 days of rental start date.
The security deposit will be fully refunded within 7 days if the property is in the same condition as upon arrival.

50% of the rental total is due 30 days prior to arrival. Balance (remaining rent/cleaning fee) due upon arrival.
If renting 4 or more months: 1st month's rent will be due 60 days prior to arrival and each month thereafter, rent will be due on the 1st of each month.

RATES: Include utilities, high speed internet, trash service, golf cart use, and lawn service.
Listed rates are for 1-2 people. (additional occupant permitted/for rates, communicate with owner)
