50% Rental Deposit Payment paid within 10 days after booking, due to high demand of rental time, non refundable
30% Rental Deposit paid within 10 days after bookings for 3 or more months, due to high demand of rental time, non refundable
Rental agreement will be furnished for signature
Balance due and paid 30 days before 1st day of renting
$200 Cleaning Fee deducted from Deposit.
2 small, non destructive dogs max, under 25lbs, $150 fee Non refundable. Dog dishes and feeding mat upon request. 42 inch Crate available if needed. Please bring their blankets and beds for their comfort
