Rental Policy
Booking Deposit: 50% of total rent, security deposit, and cleaning fee are due within 7 days of booking
Balance is due with 60 days of occupancy
Booking Deposit can only be returned if property is re-rented.
Security Deposit will be returned within 14 days of checkout if no damage to the property.
