Property Details

Rental Policy:
The 7% Florida tax is waived for any term longer than 6 months
Rent will be due on the first of each month
Late fee will be assessed after five calendar days
Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking and is refundable at end of the lease if the house is in good condition.

Prior to move-in, the following shall be provided:
- First and last month's rent
- $250 cleaning fee (non-refundable)
- Proof of insurance - Renters must have a good credit score and at least 2 personal references.
- There is a $60 non-refundable fee to cover background/credit checks with application. All quoted rent and fees are based on 1-2 person occupancy.

Additional Fees:
- Security Deposit - $500
- Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) - $150

Owner pays: Amenity fee, water, trash, sewer, lawn service, and pest control services.
Tenant pays: Electricity, gas, cable TV, and internet

Property taxes, trash, and lawn service are included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
