Two temporary Villages ID passes will be included. These provide for the use of all amenities, to include green fees on all executive golf courses, admission to all pools and recreation centers.
RENTAL POLICY/ This property is smoke and pet free for the comfort of all of our guests. A $700 deposit "holds" the property. This amount converts to your security deposit at move-in. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure (subject to property inspection) A $150 (departure) cleaning fee will need to be paid prior to your arrival. Check in time is 4:00 PM on the first day of the month. Check out time 10:00 AM on the last day of the month. Keys and gate passes available on arrival. A $25 fee will be charged for costs associated with lost ID cards, house or mailbox keys, gate passes or garage remote.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Younger visitors are welcome for limited time periods.
