Rental Policy:
$800 deposit/security due with the signed rental agreement within 7 days of booking. Adjustments made, if necessary.
The deposit/security will be returned in full, providing the rental and contents are in their original condition.
$195 cleaning fee will be subtracted from the deposit/security
50% of the full rental is due 30 days after booking
The balance of the full rental amount is due 60 days before arrival.
Adjustments to the above can be made if booking within a shorter time than the 30 and/or 60 day periods.
If it is necessary for renters to cancel, the security deposit and payments will not be refunded. However, if the owner can re-rent the unit for the cancelled months for the same amount of rent, the monthly fees and 1/2 of the deposit/security will be returned, and the other 1/2 of the deposit/security will be forfeited by the renter.
Optional: Temporary Resident IDs are available for $50/couple (maximum 2 people), which allows renters the same privileges residents, entitling them to golf executive courses, discounted rates on championship courses, use of recreational centers, pools and numerous other activities. The $50 is paid when you arrive in The Villages and pick up your ID(s). Alternative: Guest IDs - no charge, allow the use of certain pools, including our neighborhood pool, golfing at certain golf courses for a fee and pickleball.
Subletting is not allowed.
Price quotes are for 2 adult occupants, including their children, if applicable. If more than 2 adults would like to rent, this can be discussed with owners.
Minimum Booking: 7 nights
Owners will pay taxes.
