Rental Policy:
I am sorry but no pets allowed.

Booking Fee:
Reservation Deposit and 50% of total rent is due within seven days of booking.
This is non-refundable unless we find other renters for the period.
The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to reservation.
150.00 cleaning fee upon check-out. (unless you book for 3+ months)
Security deposit will be returned within 15 days at end of lease upon inspection.
A charge will be made for missing or damaged items.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
