The primary bedroom has an ensuite and a large walk-in closet. This spacious master suite has a king-sized bed and its own private access to the Lani from a double sliding glass door.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with close access to the second bathroom.
The third bedroom is set up as a den with a pullout queen size sofa bed.
You are welcome to bring your small dog (20 lbs. and under).
Our enclosed backyard offers privacy and security for your pooch.

Property taxes are 7%.
All utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Security Deposit is $500 (for each month rented) plus one time cleaning fee and pet fee (if approriate) of $250. All deposits are non-refundable if cancelled and are due within 7 days of booking.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
