This home has a SPECTACULAR view of the #2 hole of Orange Blossom Championship Golf Course, both from the large screened Lanai or from the entire Florida room located inside. The Lanai a 40 inch screen TV and 6 - seating table and chairs and also 3 other sitting chairs. The Florida room and living space also have 40 inch TVs. We have internet/WI-FI service and each TV has streaming capabilities.

Utilities, internet, trash, water and lawn service are included as well as cost for Guest ID cards(2) that will allow you to use all the Villages amenities as if you were a resident owner. I.E. executive golf courses charge $4 trail fee; however, if you walk it is Free!
