The rental rate does not include 7% Sumter County tourism tax and Villager ID cards. Villagers ID (for 2 people) may be purchased for $50. This allows you to use any of the 40+ executive golf courses, all recreation facilities and wonderful amenities the Villages has to offer.
Rental price is based on 2 adult occupants. . All visitors staying in home must be disclosed!

The Villages has 45 executive golf courses, plus 14 championship golf and country clubs.

Check in time is 4:00 P.M. OR sooner if villa is ready.
Check out is 10:00 A.M. on the LAST day of the month or rental.

All property taxes, utilities, smart TV , WIFI internet, trash, lawn service are included in Rentals.

Reservation Deposit: 50% of total rental amount with deposit and signed Rental Agreements due 4 days from booking date -- Copy of Drivers License or Identification card required - Reservation deposits are only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented.-- In the event, a Refund is Due and the property is re-rented, a $200 processing fee will be charged. Please see Info 4 Renters on the Main page for Information regarding Vacation Insurance. The remaining 50% rental amount, cleaning fee and pet fee (if applicable) are due 60 days prior to your stay. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of departure provided there are no damages.
