All quoted rent and fees are based on 1 or 2-person occupancy. Additional fees may be charged for additional guests determined on a case-by-case basis.

Long Term Rental (6) month minimum: Rent includes Water, Trash and Sewer, Amenity Fee, Furnishings and lawn care.

At time of Reservation/booking:
* $1000.00 damage/security deposit due at time of booking. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.
* $175 cleaning fee
30 Days Prior of Reservation:
* First month's rent $2100.00 due (45) days prior to check-in.
Subsequent rents due on or before the 1st of the month. If rent is received later than the 10th of the month a $50 fee will be charged.
Check In Time 3 P.M. on first day of rental month
Check Out Time 11 A.M. on last day of rental month

The Villages ID card: As our guest with the optional Villages Temporary Resident ID card, you can enjoy membership benefits of all Recreation Centers including swimming pools, Golf at 14 Championship courses for a fee and enjoy complimentary golf at any of the Village's 43 Executive Golf Courses and Pitch & Putt courses. Each household is allowed two resident IDs, each with a fee of $50.

Payment Methods:
All fees to be paid via check drawn from a US Based Bank. Any refunds will be sent back via check drawn from our US Based Bank. Note that your reservation isn't guaranteed until the security deposit and cleaning fee is received by the landlord.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. You are NOT required to be over 55 to rent and young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
