Rental: 50% rental fee is due at lease signing. Remaining balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Damage Deposit: Refundable $1,000.00 is due at lease signing.
Cleaning Fee: $200.00

If your rental period is less than 60 days from time of booking, monthly lease amount and security deposit are due in full upon signing the lease agreement. If you need to cancel your reservation 60 days or less prior to arrival, the security deposit and cleaning fee will be refunded in full. If we can re-rent the home at the same rate and dates, your rent will be refunded less a 15% fee or $300 (whichever is greater).

Renter will have 48 hours from when lease is received to review and return with a copy of each renters drivers license.
