Beautiful courtyard villa. Centrally located in golf course neighborhood, nearest Championship course is Cane Garden. This house has no carpets, only hardwood flooring. Villa fully stocked with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, toaster, sheets, towels, griddle etc. A gas golf cart and bicycle are available on site (waiver must be signed). This home has everything you need.
Less than 10 minutes golf cart ride to all the shops, restaurants, and entertainment provided at Lake Sumter Landing. St. Charles and Lake Poinciana pool within walking distance. 3 other pools just a few minutes by golfcart, and both Lake Miona and Seabreeze recreation centers are less than 5 minutes away.

Village IDs are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must contact us directly 2 weeks prior to arrival, as we need to obtain certain information from you. We will process your IDs with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival.

All property taxes, utilities, TV, WiFi, trash, and "garden" service are included.

Rental Policy:
From January through April minimum rental period is 1 month. Other times minimum 2 weeks.
Rental price is based on two adult occupants. Additional occupants $50 pr week.
Deposit/Security of USD 1000,00 due within 7 days of booking.
$175 Cleaning Fee to be taken out of deposit/security deposit.
Only fully licensed drivers may operate the golf cart and must be in same condition or paid for by guest.
