The second guest bedroom has seating area for a second living room with a queen-size pull out couch. The guest bathroom has a bathtub/shower combination. The lanai is glass enclosed for year round enjoyment. There is a washer and dryer in the garage.
Close to Big Cypress Pool and Recreation Center with tennis, pickleball, shuffleboard, bocce, etc.
For no fee, we can get you guest passes which provides access to most everything but excludes reserving tee times and swimming in the Sports pools.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included.

Rental Policy:
Reservation deposit of 50% due within 10 days of booking. Balance due plus security deposit and cleaning fee due 45 days prior to occupancy. Prefer PayPal or Zelle for payment.
Deposit/Security due of $1500 within 7 days of booking.
$250 Cleaning Fee (non-refundable)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
