Comfortable seating in the living room together with a flat screen TV. King bed in the master bedroom with a smart, flat-screen TV plus walk-in closet. Guest bedroom features a Queen bed. Ceiling fans throughout the home.
Golf cart with rain curtains included. Gas grill provided.

Minimum 2 month term January and February / OR March and April / OR 3 month term January-March.

Rental Policy:
$1,500 Deposit due at booking together with half the rent. Balance 60 days before occupancy. Lease to be signed as well as golf cart liability waiver and pet policy.
$250 Cleaning Fee.
Additional pet cleaning fee $50.
Additional 7% Florida tax to be paid by tenant.
Optional: Temporary Resident IDs (2) for $50 for one month or longer terms. Affords all the amenity privliges including FREE executive golf course geen fees.
The Villages is an active senior, golf cart community for residents 55yrs+.
