The Living room/ slash dining room includes a 65-inch large screen smart tv, a comfortable pull-out foam mattress leather sofa, and dining room table for 4-6 people. Another drop leaf table is available for more dinner guests.

The guest bedroom features an office and comfortable pull-out foam mattress sofa, along with its own private bathroom with shower/tub. The Master bedroom features a California King Bed, 2 large nightstands, and a 55-inch smart screen TV. There is a large walk-in closet and dual sink master bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The Lanai is fully enclosed with sliding windows and screens throughout along with sliders from both the master suite and the living room. The backyard is also fully enclosed with ivory covering the back wall.

Rental Policy:
Security deposit of $1,000 within 7 days of booking. Fully refunded after inspection for damages within 2 weeks.
$150 nonrefundable cleaning fee.
$250 nonrefundable pet fee.
New Onward Golf Cart available for an additional fee.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
