Welcome Home! Our home is your home! This two bedroom, two bath Patio Villa is ready for your next Villages stay. Visit for a short time (a week or two) or stay for an extended time (monthly or more). This newly furnished home has all the amenities you'll need and want in your home away from home. Drink your coffee or evening wine on our front screened-in Lanai. Located in the Piedmont Village and Waverly neighborhood, it is just minutes away from all the excitement. We are located north of 466, across the street from Nancy Lopez Golf Country Club with 27 holes of golf. There are two 9-hole executive courses within 5 minutes and two more executive courses only a 10-minute golf cart ride away. Glenview Country Club and Spanish Springs Town Square are a short 15-minute golf cart ride. Your local recreation center is Chatam, which is a 5-minute golf cart ride. I walk to the pool most days. It's great exercise.

Our comfortable home features plantation blinds in the living and dining rooms, a master bedroom with its own master bathroom, a king size bed, ceiling fan, 32" smart TV and walk-in closet. The guest bedroom features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, full dresser with mirror, along with two nightstands and lamps. The second bathroom is located just down the hall from the quest bedroom. The living room has a very comfortable couch, easy chair, coffee table, decorative bookcase and smart TV. The garage is a one-car & one golf cart size with an automatic garage door (with remote) and includes the G.E. washer and dryer. The Central air and heat are in excellent shape and keeps the house very comfortable in all seasons. Our home is bright and airy. No carpets throughout and professionally cleaned for your stay. The kitchen includes all appliances, pots, pans, flatware, silverware, glassware, toaster, coffee maker, linens & towels. The bathrooms are stocked with nice quality towels, hand towels and wash cloths. All you need for your stay is your desire and passion for fun, excitement and relaxation. Just pack your personal belongings and you're all set. Our screened Lanai has a comfortable ratan love seat, chair & rocker with a coffee table.

Included in your rental is daily newspaper, Wi-Fi, cable, garbage service, lawn care and utilities. We provide Residents Amenity Passes ($50 for 2) so you can live like a resident. The passes provide access to golf courses and recreation centers, pools, etc.

A 2-person golf cart is available for your use. The golf cart is my personal one and I allow the use of it during your stay. The golf cart is not part of the rental agreement and is offered as an additional amenity at our discretion. An additional Golf Cart Liability Release Waiver is required upon signature of the rental agreement. Email or call me for details.

Rental Policy:
$1,000 Deposit/Security due with completed & signed rental contract. ( Deposit will be returned within 15 days of departure, less cleaning fees), if no damage is determined during inspection.
CLEANING FEES: $200.

Check in time is 4PM on the first day of rental Check out time is 10AM on the last day of rental.
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided throughout The Villages

TV, trash, daily delivered newspaper and lawn service are included.
Florida tourism taxes and Marion County taxes are additional to the displayed rental rate. Rental taxes are 11% total.
