This corner lot property is conveniently located between Brownwood Paddock Square and Lake Sumter Landing. The squares in the Villages offer live music and dancing nightly as well as boutique shopping and a variety of restaurants. Five minutes away from Colony shopping center which has restaurants, shopping and a Publix.

The master bedroom features a king-size sleep number bed, private master bathroom with Roman shower, walk-in closet, TV and massage chair. The 2nd guest bedroom features a queen-size bed, TV and a second full bathroom right next door. This bedroom is separated from the living room area by a sliding pocket door. The 3rd bedroom features a full-sized bed.

The living room has a reclining sofa couch and a reclining chair, 75 inch Smart TV and high speed internet.

The kitchen is generously stocked with everything you will need to cook and enjoy a great meal during your stay and includes a Keurig machine and table seating for 4.

The extended screened lanai is equipped with a love seat, chairs, table, ceiling fan and Smart TV. The outside patio features a Weber BBQ grill.

Bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided as well as hair dryers for each bathroom.

The laundry area features a new washer and dryer and includes an iron and ironing board.

Yamaha 2-seater Golf Cart included with valid drivers license and signed waiver.

2 golf club sets included.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.

You will need Temporary Resident ID Cards to access the Villages amenities: pools, tennis & pickle ball courts, recreation centers, free golfing on Executive Golf courses. The fee is $50 per couple to be paid upon arrival by Tenant.

Check in time is 4:00 pm on the first day of the month
Check out is 10:00 am on the last day of the month

Security Deposit, less $175 cleaning fee, will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure if no damage occurs during your stay.

Payment:
50% of the rental amount is due with the signed lease. The balance of rental amount and security deposit is due 60 days before arrival. The cleaning fee is taken from the security deposit. If rental period is less than 60 days from time of booking, payment and security deposit is due in full upon lease agreement signature.
