Property Details

An open floor plan provides quiet comfort and is also great for entertaining friends. The home is well anointed throughout. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV and spacious walk-in closet off the private master bath (with a walk-in shower with bench). The guest suite hosts a queen bed and private bath. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining, equipped with a coffee maker (Keurig or Mr. Coffee), tea maker, Instant Pot, air fryer, crockpot and other accessories needed to prepare and host. Bed/kitchen linens, bath towels, beach towels, etc. are included. A washer/dryer, additional refrigerator in the garage and a 2-seater gas golf cart (with a signed liability waiver) are provided for your use.

There is plenty of comfortable seating in the living room (3 recliners) and enclosed lanai (2 recliners). The Villa provides Xfinity cable in lanai and living room, Smart TVs in living room/master bedroom, a DVD player and high-speed Wi-Fi. A lighted outside patio, with a grill and reclining chairs and a birdcage offer a relaxing space to enjoy the outdoors. The totally enclosed courtyard is nicely landscaped and offers privacy as the property backs to a street, rather than other homes.

The Villa is also equipped with DVDs, board/card games, dominoes, etc. for a quiet evening at home or for entertaining friends.

Utilities, cable TV, Wi-Fi, trash, amenities, and lawn/pest maintenance are included. Rates are based on two people. Temporary Resident IDs are available and may be purchased for $50. Rates do not include Florida occupancy tax (7%). Will consider weekly rentals in non-peak months.

Rental Policy: At contract signing, a $1,000 security deposit is due. A cleaning fee of $200 will be deducted from the deposit. 50% of the rent is due 90 days in advance and paid balance 30 days prior to tenancy. Please treat the home with respect. Definitely no smoking inside the house or on the lanai. Any evidence of smoking will be subject to withholding security deposit. No pets allowed.
