A linen closet, a vanity with his and hers sinks. The spare bedroom has a Queen size bed a dresser and night stand, a large closet and a TV. The den has a pull out couch, a end table, a chair with ottoman great for reading.

Screened in Lanai of the kitchen nook has a round slate table with six chairs, a bistro table with two chairs and a BBQ.

All rooms have blinds. All Mattresses and Bedding are of Premium Quality.

The Living Room includeds a sofa, love seat, coffee and end tables, stereo with CD player and a 48inch TV.

The Dining Room includes a dining set that seats six with a table extension.

The Kitchen nook includes a table for four and two bar stools at the counter.

A fully outfitted kitchen with pots-pans, small appliances, tupperware, tableware and all utensils.

Inside laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry sink.

The house is equiped with basic Cable in the living room, master bedroom and guest bedroom. Basic local phone service is also included. For your convenience you can book your tee times online.

Also featuring a Yamaha Gas Golf Cart that includes a rain guard and proper tires allowed at the Villages Golf Courses. This is a great way to get around the Villages instead of using your vehicle.

Rental Policy:

$1,600.00 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking, refundable within 15 days after vacating and the property has been inspected.
$200.00 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the deposit.
You may purchase a $50.00 (optional) temporary ID-this entitles you to play free Executive Golf Courses. Fee is for 2 ID'S per household.
Rental Fee is due 60 days in advance of rental date. Fee is not refundable if you cancel.
This is a NON-SMOKING HOME
Guests other than the renting couple or single staying longer than one week will incur addtional costs.
