This cozy home comes fully furnished with dishes, silverware, pots and pans, towels and linens. There's a washer and dryer, internet, TV service, utilities and a (two-seater) golf cart included. Lawn service and trash pickup are also included.
The Villages offers over 2000 organized clubs, many rec centers along with adult, sport and family pools and of course, the championship and executive golf courses the Villages is famous for!

RENTAL POLICY:
$600 deposit/security due within 7 days of the booking. An additional fee of $150 for cleaning and optional TEMPORARY RESIDENT ID CARD, which is $50, for 1 or 2 individuals (payable to The Villages) is highly recommended and due with the balance of the rental. This ID allows you the same access to all facilities as a permanent resident. This card is needed for free golf at executive courses, usage of sport pools and priority admittance to some club activities. NO PETS. NO SMOKING IN THE HOME, GARAGE, PATIO OR GOLF CART. Check in time is 3 pm on the first day of the rental month. Check out time is 11 am on the last day of the rental month.
