This designer home (Iris model) was recently purchased as a seasonal rental. It has all brand new furnishings including a 65" TV in the living room, a 43" TV in the master bedroom, a king bed in the master bedroom, and 2 queen beds in the other bedrooms. All new appliances (stove, French-door refrigerator, dishwasher). The home is within a 13 minute golf-cart ride to Brownwood Paddock Square and a 25 minute golf-cart ride to Lake Sumter. A google map search of the street name will provide locations of multiple pools, recreation centers, and County Clubs. You could take a virtual tour on The Villages website for the Iris model (example only).

Speaking of golf-carts, two, 2-seater Yamaha gas propelled carts are included and both are insured and both have emergency service plans (should you run out of gas, have a flat tire, or otherwise unable to operate the cart). This is a good thing since the inventory of golf-cart rentals is low during peak months and cost over $500 per month each.

The home provides high speed internet, YoutubeTV, laundry room, fully stocked kitchen for your cooking needs, towels, Weber grill, folding beach chairs and other extras (printer, beach towels, blender, coffee maker).

During our first contact, we can discuss reservation deposit. Cleaning during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter. Rental rate is based on 4 occupants with an additional $100/person/month.

Guest ID's are provided for free, and Temporary Resident ID's (with full access to all amenities) are provided at $50 per person.

Property taxes, utilities, TV, trash, and lawn service are included, however there is a 7% Sales Tax added.

Rental Policy:
Security Deposit due at time of booking
$200 Cleaning Fee due at time of booking
50% of rental amount due at time of booking.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
