$1000 security deposit
7% Florida Transient Rental Tax

50% of the full monthly rental amount is due within 7 days of an signed rental agreement executed more then 60 days prior to the rental period. The security deposit, the balance of the rental amount are due 60 days before the first day of the rental period. The full amount of rent, security deposit, and other fees are due with signed lease if rental commences less than 60 days before the first day of the rental period.
