The Security deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure after the end of rental agreement and inspection, if there are no damages or losses. This includes return of keys, garage openers, gate pass etc.

Village ID cards for two adults can be purchased for $50 ea
Check in 4:00PM and Check out 9:00AM

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
