RENTAL POLICIES:
*Signed Lease Agreement required
*$750 Security deposit due within 10 days of booking
*Cleaning fee of $150 will be deducted from the security deposit, the remaining balance of which will be refunded following satisfactory inspection of home upon departure.

OPTIONAL FEES:
Temporary Resident IDs available for $50.00 (includes 2 people). Fee is not included in the rent and can be paid directly to the villages. This allows access to golf at no additional charge to over 30 executive golf courses, access to 13 championship golf courses (Green fees apply), and access to sports pools and over 3,000 organized social clubs in the villages.


The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
