After renting in The Villages ourselves for 15 years, we know what it takes for a rental to make your stay enjoyable! This is a 3/2 Courtyard Villa in Mission Hills - a Village of only courtyard villas conveniently located at the southeast corner of Morse & 466. Our home is directly across the street from the swimming pool and postal station. You could buy the newspaper at the postal station each morning, but - a daily newspaper will be delivered to your door.

There are 3 bedrooms: A master with a king-sized bed, dresser, walk-in closet and desk, a guest room with queen-sized bed with a private bath, and a second guest room with twin beds. An inflatable bed is available.. There is an indoor laundry. The kitchen is fully-equipped with an ice maker in the freezer, electric stove, microwave and dishwasher. There are other useful appliances: coffee maker, toaster, toaster oven, slow cooker and air fryer. The living room has 2 recliners (one is a power recliner), a sofa and a loveseat. There is a 65" flat-screen TV, DVD player and DISH service including high-speed internet. A 2-person gas golf cart is also included. Everything is here for you to enjoy your time in The Villages! Residence passes are available at a cost of $50.
Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking.
$200 Cleaning Fee

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
