Step out of the dining room sliders you will find a very large patio with a propane grill and a patio dining table that can seat 6 comfortably and a lighted patio umbrella, so you can enjoy this anytime.

Living Room features a 3-seat leather sofa with charging stations and 2 of those seats are electric recliners. In addition, there are 2 more free standing recliners, as well as an entertainment center with a 55" Smart TV, DVD player & Roku.

Through the sliding glass doors off of the living room is an enclosed lanai with 2 large comfy chairs to take in all the beauty. The walls of windows open to be closer to the outdoors without the elements. A great place to sit and read a book or just enjoy the scenery even when it's raining. There is a ceiling fan and plenty of light to enjoy the room in the evening as well.

Step out of the lanai to a SECOND large patio that has a propane fire pit and 4 large chairs. In the lanai you will find a bamboo rolling serving cart for you to be able to roll out the drinks and apps to the fire pit. There is also an outdoor projector for movie nights around the fire pit. Bedrooms feature queen beds.

The large Master bedroom has queen size bed, TV, Roku, dresser, 2-night stands, a walk-in closet and on suite bath with walk-in shower. Bedrooms have premium mattresses with supplied luxurious linens. (You need a good night sleep to play all day!)

The 2nd bedroom also has a Queen bed, dresser and 2-night stands, TV, Roku and large closet. There is a pocket door between the living room and the 2nd bedroom door that can be closed to make it an on-suite bath and private suite. Wood laminate in the bedrooms and tile through-out the rest of the home.

Included with rental is a 2-seater lithium golf cart, daily villages newspaper, all utilities, high speed wi-fi, Outside movie projector, streaming TV with access to Netflix, Showtime, Prime and many more along with local channels and national news. Many extras to enjoy your stay, including beach chairs, coolers, portable tables, if you decide to take a day trip. Zero gravity Loungers, and portable chairs with side table to head to the square or polo.

The 2 Temporary Resident Passes allow you to enjoy all the same amenities and activities as an owner. The home also has two brand new 7 speed bikes with locks - go explore!

The LOW MAINTENCANCE YARD is BEAUTIFUL and features palms, shrubs and rockery. Lots of great features to this home including a Germicidal UV System on Air Handler. Full size washer and dryer are in the garage along with a utility sink and work bench. Ceiling fans in every room.

The village of Piedmont is a well-established area with mature trees and landscaping and little traffic. This villa is equidistance to both Spanish Spring and Lake Sumter Landing.
