This villa has been completely refurbished with a new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, new appliances, new vinyl floors and lastly,all new furnishings. It also has an open floor plan which makes it feel spacious with a 55" TV and a sectional couch that also pulls out for additional sleeping. The master bedroom has a king bed, private bathroom and California walk in closet. The quest room has twin beds with a double California closet. Both bedrooms has Roku tv's. The lanai has a coffee table and 4 comfortable swival chairs. The washer and dryer are located off the kitchen. The corner lot gives you additional privacy. The gas golf cart is included in the rental fee but we do urge you to get renters insurance. WEEKLY stays are available upon request. The cottage is located about 5 minutes to Sumter Square by golf cart and about 10 minutes to Spanish Springs Square by golf cart where there is nightly entertainment. Don't forget to consider the months of May and Oct. which are great months to rent, the weather is still warm and it is not as busy.
There are 2 pools close by, one a familty pool and one with a restaurant and golf course.

RENTAL POLICY;
1000.00 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. The balance is due 30 days prior to visit along with the 200.00 cleaning fee.
CANCELLATIONS;
The deposit/security fee is non refundable. The rent and cleaning fees are refundable if cancelled 60 days in advance.If less than 60 days and the landlord can rent it for the same price and time than all fees will be returnded.

Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. No pets allowed.
