Rental Terms:
Deposit: 50% paid on booking, & signed lease within 7 days
Balance: due 60 days prior to rental, including the $1,000 damage deposit.
Damage deposit returned within 14 days after check out & home inspection.
Nonrefundable $175 cleaning fee will be deducted from deposit before return.
Monthly Pool Allowance: any amount over the monthly allowance for the gas and electric bill will be your responsibility. Varies by month.
No parties or events.
No subletting and all guests must be registered.

Two (2) Temp. Resident I.D. available - $50 fee for both ID's - Free Executive golf (9 holes), discounted Championship golfing & priority facility use included.
Guest ID's also available at no charge for facility use - pay a nominal fee for golf, no sports pools

Cancellations: Deposit will be refunded if notified up to 60 days prior to your rental date less a $200 admin fee.
If within 60 days, deposit will be refunded less a $500 administration fee if the unit rents out for the same period and same rate.
